Local Notre Dame Law School graduates offering legal services for personal and business bankruptcies
Founded in 1990 by University of Notre Dame law school graduates, Michael Banik and Tamara Renner, the Law Firm of Banik & Renner is dedicated to providing effective, compassionate, personal representation in the areas of bankruptcy, employment discrimination, criminal law, family law and Social Security Disability.
The firm is committed to treating each client as an individual, working as a team to protect the rights of clients against their most formidable adversaries. Mortgage companies, banks, employers and administrative agencies are backed by in-house counsel, accountants, human resource departments and other professionals. Our job is to level the playing field for the individuals we represent.
The fundamental mission of the Law Firm of Banik and Renner is to achieve the very best result possible given the personal circumstances of each individual client. Most large law firms simply cannot provide the personalized and responsive representation that we feel a client deserves.
Bankruptcy, employment discrimination, family law, criminal matters and Social Security Disability benefits in one way or another all involve asset protection. Whether you are trying to save your home, save your job, acquire Social Security Benefits, equitably deal with debts and assets in a divorce, or attempting to reduce a charge of drunk driving so as to retain your job, protecting your financial interests and legal rights is the focal point of our representation.
